Denis Ahluwalia

Denis Ahluwalia currently serves as the Head of Tax and Authorised Officer ("Prokurist") at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Denis accumulated extensive experience at EY from June 2011 to December 2017, progressing through various roles including Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on Transaction Tax and the Global Tax Desk Network, specifically the German Tax Desk. Denis began the career at EY as a Tax Consultant and later as a Tax Senior Consultant, both specializing in Transaction Tax.
