Rachel Kohler

Rachel Kohler has worked for a variety of companies in the technology industry. Rachel began their career in 2013 as a Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech. Rachel then worked as a Software Test Engineer Co-op for IBM in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Technology Services Intern for BNSF Railway. In 2016, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for the Virginia Tech Department of Computer Science and as a Senior Systems Developer, AI & Image Analytics and Computer Vision Software Engineer for BNSF Railway. Most recently, in 2020, they have been a Senior Systems Engineer for Cogniac Corporation.

Rachel Kohler obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 2012 and 2016. Rachel then went on to receive their Master of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 2015 and 2017.
