Al Bolen

Al Bolen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Al started working as the Vice President - North America at SMT Tricept, Inc. in 2002, where they opened new territories for the company and developed agreements with integrators, as well as sales and marketing strategies. Al then joined Exechon AB in 2007 as the Director of Business Development until 2015. During their time at Exechon AB, they played a key role in developing and supporting a network for sales globally, with a focus on the Americas region.

In 2015, Al Bolen transitioned to Exechon Enterprises LLC as the Director of Business Development and continued their work on sales and network development. Furthermore, they provided direct assistance in consultation, design, and construction of machining and assembly systems. Al stayed with Exechon Enterprises LLC until 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Director of Aerospace - Sales at Fusion Coolant Systems, where they played a crucial role in the sales division. Al then joined Harcourt Industrial, Inc. as a Project Consultant in 2022. Finally, Al Bolen became the President - USA at Cognibotics in 2023, further advancing their career in the industrial sector.

Al Bolen attended Michigan Technological University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
