Björn Olofsson

Björn Olofsson has a diverse work experience in the field of automatic control and vehicular systems. Björn started their career as an Assistant Biomedical Engineer at Skåne University Hospital in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, they joined Lund University as a Ph.D. Student and later worked as a Researcher and Senior Lecturer. In 2013, they co-founded Cognibotics. From 2016 onwards, they have been affiliated with Linköpings universitet, where they have held roles such as Post-doctoral Researcher, Research Fellow, and Affiliated Researcher. Björn Olofsson's expertise lies in the areas of automatic control, vehicular systems, and biomedical engineering.

Björn Olofsson began their education in 2002 at Bergagymnasiet, where they studied for three years. Björn then went on to The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics in 2010. Björn continued their studies at the same university and received a Licentiate in Engineering with a specialization in Automatic Control in 2013. Björn further pursued their education and completed their Ph.D. in Engineering, with a focus on Automatic Control, from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in 2015.
