Wim Van Lerberghe

Wim Van Lerberghe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wim is the founder of Advintro, a company that helps fintechs scale by providing outsourced B2B fintech sales teams and go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Folio Institutional, a leading investment solutions and financial technology company. Wim was responsible for supporting financial professionals and institutions, managing billions of dollars of investor assets.

Before that, Wim worked as the Managing Director at Viewtrade Securities Inc., where they focused on expanding the company's presence in Europe and Latin America. Wim helped establish Viewtrade as a market leader in Asia. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director at Pershing, where they played a crucial role in making Pershing the market leader in Europe by providing turnkey execution, custody, and clearing services for self-directed firms.

Wim also served as the Vice President of International Sales at Penson Financial Services (now Apex), where they provided clearing and execution solutions to domestic and international markets. Wim worked on deals in various countries and was involved in all aspects of the deal, including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and implementation.

Additionally, they held the position of MD International Sales at InvestIN Securities Corp. and worked as a Daytrader and Branch Manager at go trading/providential. Wim started their career as a Tour Director at Americantours International, where they guided Europeans on bus tours throughout the United States.

Wim Van Lerberghe began their education at st Jozefscollege in Izege, where they studied economics from 1977 to 1983. Wim then attended Ghent University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law. In addition to their formal education, Wim Van Lerberghe also obtained certifications in Series 7, 24, and 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
