SAILESH PATRA

Sailesh Patra has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Data Science and AI Engineer at Cognida.ai since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hitachi Vantara, where they held the positions of Senior Consultant, Software Engineer, and Software Engineer from January 2021 to March 2022, January 2020 to January 2021, and July 2017 to January 2020, respectively.

Before joining Hitachi Vantara, Sailesh worked as an Artificial Intelligence Intern at Cloudadic from January 2017 to June 2017. Sailesh also had an internship at R2 Robotronics Pvt. Ltd. from June 2016 to July 2016.

Sailesh's earlier experiences include being a Programmer and Tech Lead at Technocrats Robotics from May 2014 to May 2016 and April 2015 to April 2016, respectively. Sailesh also worked as a Robotics Intern at R2 Robotronics Pvt. Ltd. from November 2015 to April 2016.

Additionally, Sailesh served as the Tech Lead at the Robotics Club in VIT Chennai from July 2014 to May 2015.

Sailesh Patra completed a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2017. Sailesh obtained a 10+2 Graduate (Intermediate) degree with a focus on Computer Science from DAV Public School, MCL, Kalinga Area in 2011-2013. Sailesh also received a certification in Building Cloud Apps with Microsoft Azure - Part 1 from edX in March 2015.
