Mr. Friedmann spent 28 years in the healthcare (HC) industry, of which 14 years were with GEHC in a number of Sales and Marketing leadership positions in EU. Former CMO & BD Director for South EU (2007-2014). Prior roles: Marketing Director Diagnostics Imaging Drugs, Product Mgr. Cardiac Imaging at Amersham Health, Sales Manager at Life Technologies (LT, former Gibco-BRL company).Strong strategic foundation acquired through 3 decades of Sales, Marketing & BD roles at GEHC, Amersham and LT. He grew GEHC business by Alliances & new GTM plans,in particular GE’s MS by 13pts and won a public tender of $50m, increasing top line with +8%. Juan Antonio supported EU projects for key New Product Innovations, and x-industry partnerships to open up new sales channels for GE. And re-positioned several products to increase MS, too.Co-founded 37Celsius Capital Partners LLC, a digital health fund, is serving to grow TeleMedCare LLC, founded a Sport Clinic in Madrid and helped Boston Sci. new solutions in EU. He served on the EU Academic Innovation Programs, and in the Disease Initiatives EU Working Group at GE. Member of the Innovation Committee of IDIS (Spanish Private HC Association), and of the Innovation Committee of the Spanish Medtech Trade Association (Fenin). He received a Master degree in Marketing (ESIC), Master degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Management (EADA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (UAB) Barcelona. He received several Leadership & Executive training programs in GE and GE Healthcare.
