Alexander Teusz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexander started their career as an intern at Niederrhein Medien GmbH, where they worked as an iOS Developer and gained practical experience in app development. Following this, Alexander joined Acando GmbH as an IT Consultant, where they received valuable mentoring and developed skills in giving presentations and software development. Alexander then transitioned to Cognigy, starting as a Technical Presales Consultant and later progressing to the role of Sales Engineer. In these roles, Alexander focused on teaching and exploring conversational AI solutions for clients. Currently, they are working at Cognigy as a Senior Sales Engineer. Additionally, outside of their professional career, Alexander serves as a Teaching Assistant at Tanzschule Mavius, where they share their passion for dance and assists the dance teacher in managing classes.

Alexander Teusz's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Informationswissenschaft und Sprachtechnologie from the University of Düsseldorf, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Alexander further pursued their academic journey by completing a Master's degree in the same field from the University of Düsseldorf, from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Alexander Teusz has obtained various certifications. In January 2020, they completed the course "Deep Learning, Neuronale Netze & AI: Der Komplettkurs" from Udemy. Following that, they obtained certifications such as "Cognigy.AI Foundation Course," "Conversational Design Course," and "Cognigy.AI Developer Course" from Cognigy in June 2021.

Alexander also holds certifications in "Inbound Sales" and "Frictionless Sales" from HubSpot Academy, which they obtained in October 2021. Alexander further expanded their skills by obtaining the "Cognigy Academy | Cognigy.AI Certified Specialist" certificate from Cognigy in November 2021.

In 2022, Alexander gained various certifications related to personal branding, customer service, strategic thinking, and IT service management. Alexander acquired the "ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from PeopleCert in May. Additionally, they received certifications from LinkedIn, including "Managing a Customer Contact Center," "Customer Service: Working in a Customer Contact Center," "Customer Experience Leadership," "Strategic Thinking," and "Learning Personal Branding" between August and October.
