Douglas Renner

Douglas Renner is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as Director of Sales, U.S. at Cognigy since December 2024, Douglas has previously held key positions including Global AVP & General Manager of Strategic Partnerships at RingCentral and Vice President of Sales for Enterprise Accounts at Black Box. Douglas’s extensive career also features roles at Avaya as Director of Sales for Cloud & Strategic Services and multiple leadership positions at Nortel Networks. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Sports Management and an MBA in Information & Decision Support Systems, both from Virginia Tech.
