Nicholas Browne

Nicholas Browne is an experienced professional in the field of customer experience and digital transformation, currently serving as Partnership Director for the UK&I at Cognigy since April 2025. Previously held the role of Partnership Director at Kore.ai from October 2023 to March 2025, and led Contact Centre Enterprise Sales for Northern Europe at Atos from January 2022 to October 2023. Nicholas has also worked as Commercial Manager at Sabio and as Director of Business Development at Ultracomms, where a proprietary PCI-DSS solution was developed. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Business Development at Fairpoint PLC and Call Centre Manager at both Harrington Brooks and LBM, along with a foundational role as Projects Training Manager at Bank of America. Nicholas holds educational credentials from Wirral Grammar School for Boys, completed in 1989.
