Tina Düben

Tina Düben has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Tina worked at Cognigy as an HR Operations Administrator starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Junior HR Manager at We Are Era (formerly Divimove) from August 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they were involved in recruiting, relocation and visa management, and onboarding new employees. Before that, they worked as a People Associate at Lengoo from April 2021 to July 2021, where they were responsible for recruiting and relocation management. Tina also has experience with customer service and acquisition as a Consultant Management Office at Bundesagentur für Arbeit from September 2017 to March 2021, and as a Student Assistant from September 2014 to August 2017.

Tina Düben obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Market Management from HdBA University of Applied Labour Studies in Schwerin from 2014 to 2017. Tina then pursued further education at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Berlin, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from 2018 to 2021.
