Hollie R Wood is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Cognism since February 2022, Hollie also held the role of Customer Success Representative at the same company. Prior to Cognism, experience includes working as a Partner Account Executive and Virtual Personal Assistant at ComXo from April 2019 to February 2022, as well as serving as a Client Account Executive at The Buy2Let Shop for a brief period in late 2018. Hollie’s early career features a role as an Assistant Manager at Carluccio's from June 2016 to November 2018, covering locations in Nottingham, Windsor, London, and Bracknell. Educationally, Hollie attended the University of the West of England from 2014 to 2016 and completed studies at St. Bernard’s Catholic Grammar School.
