Punitha Geetha

Punitha Geetha, CPCU, AINS, CSPO® has extensive experience in the field of client services, business solutions, transformation consulting, quality management, and process excellence.

Punitha has been the Director of Client Services at CogniSure since 2020, and prior to that held the same role from 2017-2020. In 2017, they were a Transformation Consultant at Exdion Solutions. From 2015-2017, they were the Quality Manager at Encore Pierian Logistics Business Services, where they were responsible for overall Quality and Process Management, program governance processes, Quality Assessments, reviews, and checkpoints/Audit controls.

Prior to that, from 2005-2015, they were the Process Excellence Manager at Gallagher.

Punitha Geetha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from NMAMIT Nitte Mangalore, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Punitha also holds certifications from the American Institutes, including Chartered of Property and Casualty Underwriter (obtained in August 2013), AINS (obtained in September 2011), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (obtained in December 2021). Punitha also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from KPMG.
