Sai Raman

Sai Raman CPCU, AIAF has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Sai Raman began their career in 1996 as a Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In 2005, they moved to HCL America Inc. where they served as Principal and Solutions Director of the Global Insurance Practice. In 2012, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as Senior Partner of the Midwest Insurance Business Unit, where they managed a portfolio of over $50 million in annual revenue. In 2017, they joined Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. as Vice President of the Mid West & West Insurance Industry Markets. Most recently, in 2019, they founded and became CEO of CogniSure, an AI Platform that focuses on unlocking insights trapped in documents such as Loss runs, Submissions, Quotes, and Policies.

Sai Raman CPCU, AIAF has an extensive educational background. Sai Raman obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Andhra University, India in 1993. Sai Raman then obtained their MS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 1996. In 2000, they obtained their Life & Pensions Foundation Certificate (LFC) and Certificate in Financial Planning (FPC) from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. In 2001, they obtained their Certificate in Investment Portfolio Management from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. From 2003 to 2005, they obtained their Associate in Insurance Accounting & Finance (AIAF) from the Insurance Institute of America. From 2005 to 2007, they obtained their Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. In 2021, they obtained their Certified Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
