Ant Alford

Ant Alford serves as the Group Head of Data Services at Cognita Schools, where responsibilities include leading data strategy, governance, and integration initiatives globally. Prior to joining Cognita in June 2025, Alford held multiple leadership roles at Immediate from January 2019 to June 2025, including Director of Data & Analytics and Director of User Analytics, focusing on establishing a multidisciplinary team and managing a substantial data technology budget. Previous experience includes positions at Tech21, Kantar Worldpanel, Dixons Retail, and Tata Steel, specializing in business intelligence, client insights, and market analysis. Alford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Marketing, and Analytics from Sheffield Hallam University.
