Neil Plant has extensive experience in IT services, currently serving as the European IT Service Desk Manager at Cognita Schools since December 2015, with previous roles including IT Network Manager and IT Technician. Prior to this, Neil worked at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services) as an Infrastructure Analyst and Infrastructure Monitor from October 2007 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as a Helpdesk Analyst at Barclaycard for a brief period in 2007 and as a Marketing Communications Executive at The Car Shop Megastore from September 2002 to February 2007. Neil Plant holds a National Diploma in Public Services from Truro College (1995-1997) and completed GCSEs at Penryn Community School (1990-1995).
