Nicola Lambros

Nicola Lambros has worked in education for over 20 years. Nicola started their career as a teacher before moving into educational leadership roles. For the last four years, they have been the Director of Education for the UK at Cognita Schools Group. In this role, they oversee the educational strategy and operations for all of Cognita's schools in the UK.

Prior to their current role, Nicola was the Deputy Head Whole School at King's College, Soto de Viñuelas. In this role, they were responsible for leading the school's educational strategy and operations.

Before their time at King's College, Nicola was the Director Of Education at Cognita. In this role, they oversaw the educational strategy and operations for all of Cognita's schools.

Nicola Lambros has a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Roehampton, and a PGCE in Secondary Science from Brunel University London.

They are on a team with Andy Hancock - Director of Education, Asia, Fidelma Murphy - Director of Education, and Jayne Pinchbeck - Group Legal Director. Nicola Lambros reports to Frank Maassen, Group CEO.
