Andreas Korneliussen

Andreas Korneliussen is a Principal Architect in the Storage group at Cognite, with a career spanning over two decades in software development and engineering. Previously, Andreas held several roles at Microsoft from September 2012 to May 2019, including Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on search content services and search indexing features. Prior to Microsoft, Andreas worked at FAST, a Microsoft subsidiary, as a Lead Software Development Engineer II in Test, contributing to search-core software development. Earlier experience includes positions at Sun Microsystems, focusing on JDBC and SQL features for the Apache Derby database, and Clustra Systems Inc, where software development on Clustra DBMS was undertaken. Andreas holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained between 1995 and 2000.
