Annette Marie Kollenborg

Annette Marie Kollenborg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Annette Marie is currently working at Cognite as the Global Staffing Manager since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Staffing Manager at Cognite from May 2021 to February 2023 and also served as a Senior Recruiter from September 2019 to February 2023.

Annette worked as the Chairman of the Board at Bedriftsidrettslaget i Telenor Oslo (Oslo BIL) from March 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they were a Recruitment Business Partner at Telenor from August 2015 to August 2019. In this role, they provided recruitment support to hiring managers across Telenor Group and Telenor Norway.

Annette's previous experience includes working at Centric Norway as a Researcher for both Centric Search & Selection and as a general Researcher from December 2012 to July 2015. Annette Marie also worked as a Researcher at Drammenskontoret for a brief period in October 2012.

Furthermore, Annette worked as a Scientific Assistant at the University of Bergen from September 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for grading exams and handling survey data. Annette Marie also served as a Customer Consultant at Ambiente Holding AS from 2008 to 2012 and as a Part-time Employee at Advalue Search from December 2007 to 2009.

Annette began their career as an Assistant at Øvre Toppenhaug Barnehage in July 2006. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in recruitment, staffing, and research roles.

Annette Marie Kollenborg began their education journey in 2003 at Nadderud Videregående, where they obtained their Examen Artium in 2006. Annette Marie went on to attend the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Arbeids og Organisasjonspsykologi. Annette then continued their education at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Arbeids- og Organisasjonspsykologi from 2010 to 2012.

In 2014, Annette obtained certifications as an authorized user in AON's personality and value tests as well as its ability and skill tests, which were granted by Aon Assessment Norge. Annette Marie further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing the Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme at INSEAD Executive Education in 2017.

Most recently, in 2018, Annette briefly attended the University of South-Eastern Norway, focusing on HR Analytics.
