Jason Dressel

Jason Dressel is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and geophysics. Currently serving as Principal Solution Architect at Cognite since May 2021, Jason previously contributed significantly to Schlumberger in various roles, including Cloud Ecosystem Architect and Lead Software Architect, where responsibilities included co-leading architectural strategy for the Digital Foundation and developing cloud-based workflows. Earlier positions at WesternGeco involved the design of seismic survey applications and high-performance computing technologies. Jason began his career in geophysics at WesternGeco, focusing on seismic data processing and field operations. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Calgary.
