Nikhila Unni

Nikhila Unni is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across different organizations. Currently serving as Legal and Compliance Counsel for India Operations and Global Initiatives at Cognite since May 2025, Nikhila has set up Legal Operations for the India business, focusing on legal risk analysis, mitigation, and global compliance strategies. Prior to this role, Nikhila worked as Commercial Counsel and Associate Counsel at Uniphore from February 2023 to May 2025, and held positions at Morae as Senior Associate and Legal Associate, Eka Software Solutions as Legal Officer, Haylen McKenzie Solicitors as Legal Assistant, and Pramata as Legal Analyst, among other positions. Nikhila's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Christ University, Bangalore.
