Patrycja Zamojska has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and digital transformation. Patrycja started their career as an IT Recruiter at WilsonHCG in 2018, where they were responsible for talent acquisition activities and worked with multiple clients in the IT industry. Patrycja conducted thorough internet searches and utilized various tools and channels to find suitable candidates. Patrycja also built strong relationships with the hiring team, candidates, and clients. In 2019, they joined HRO Technology as an IT Recruiter before moving on to Cognite in 2020. At Cognite, they initially worked as an IT Recruiter and then progressed to the role of Digital Transformation Manager in the Oil & Gas sector. Currently, they hold the position of Account Executive - Oil & Gas at Cognite, where they support the digital transformation of heavy-asset industries. Patrycja's work experience demonstrates their expertise in recruitment strategies, networking, and delivering successful recruitment solutions.

Patrycja Zamojska obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Wyższa Szkoła Filologiczna we Wrocławiu, which they completed between 2013 and 2016. Patrycja continued their education at Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business and Finance Management. Patrycja successfully completed their Master's degree with a rating of 5/5 between 2017 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Patrycja has also obtained several certifications.
