Paul Coty

Paul Coty is currently the VP of Total Rewards Analytics at Cognitio Analytics, where they utilize advanced data and analytics to assess employee benefit program performance. With extensive experience in health informatics, Paul has previously held significant roles such as Senior Analytic Advisor at Artemis Health and Director of Partner Analytics at Innovu. Paul also served as an Account Director at Truven Health Analytics and Benefits Data Consultant for the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church. They hold an MBA in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University, where they are currently enrolled.
