Adam Frantz

Adam Frantz is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chairman, Founder, and Chief Technology Officer at Cognition since March 2021, Adam previously held positions as CEO and President at NetLook from March 2004 to April 2021, where Adam fostered a culture of innovation and teamwork. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President and Director of Software Development and IT at NetLook, where responsibilities included planning technical roadmaps, managing agile development teams, and overseeing IT enterprise equipment. Adam also served as Lead Software Architect at Option Technologies Inc. and as a Software Developer at GA Sullivan Consulting. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
