Adam Strouss

Adam Strouss is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as VP of Finance at Cognition since November 2025, Adam previously held the role of VP of Finance at Windsurf from February 2024 to November 2025, where Adam also acted as the Head of Finance. Prior to these positions, Adam worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Code Advisors from February 2022 to September 2023, focusing on technology and media sectors. Adam's finance career began at RBC Capital Markets, progressing from Summer Analyst in June 2016 to Analyst and then Associate until February 2022. Earlier in the career, Adam gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Savills North America. Adam holds a degree from The Wharton School, attended between 2013 and 2017, and completed studies at The Episcopal Academy from 2011 to 2013.
