Jessica Kwok is a strategic partnerships professional currently building the enterprise partner ecosystem for Devin + Windsurf at Cognition, a role commenced in July 2025. Jessica has extensive experience in strategic partnerships, having contributed to Windsurf as part of the founding partnerships team and achieving #1 global partnership revenue in the first half of 2025. Previous roles include working on enterprise sales special projects at Perplexity and business development at Descript. Prior experience at Tencent as Senior Manager in Strategy & BizOps focused on music and social entertainment. Jessica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Global Business & Economics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
