Kira Busman

Kira Busman is an accomplished recruitment and hiring professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as an Advisor at Cognition, Stealth Mode, and Think & Grow, Kira's previous role as VP of Exec Networks at Index Ventures involved strategic oversight from January 2023 to December 2024. At Datadog, Kira held several positions, including Senior Recruiting Manager, where recognition included the 2022 People Team “Top Dog” Award for scaling a global recruiting function from 0 to approximately 30 team members. Other notable achievements include a 2019 President’s Club distinction at Datadog and the establishment of the first sourcing function. Earlier experience at Stack Overflow and Frank Recruitment Group further solidified Kira's expertise in recruitment.
