Kathleen McCormack

Kathleen McCormack is an experienced finance professional currently serving as SVP of Finance at Cognitiv since July 2024. As the founder of McCormack Advisory since July 2012, Kathleen assists entrepreneurs in preparing for and accessing capital. Previous roles include Head of Finance and Controller at Flowcode from November 2019 to July 2024, and CFO positions at Jane Smith Agency (October 2018 - November 2019) and BLADE (January 2016 - September 2018). Kathleen's extensive experience at Ernst & Young from May 2000 to June 2012 included senior management roles in the Global Private Equity Center, where significant contributions were made to private equity fund engagements. Kathleen holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The College of New Jersey, along with certification as a public accountant.
