Daniel Adedeji

Daniel Adedeji has extensive work experience in various roles. Daniel started their career as a Tier 2 Technical Support Agent at Planned Systems International in May 2014. Subsequently, they worked as a QA Specialist, where they led listening sessions with stakeholders, conducted training for call agents, and generated reports. In November 2015, they transitioned to the role of a Business System Analyst, specializing in the enhancement and maintenance of existing systems. In this position, they liaised with business and functional owners to gather requirements, validated technical designs, and designed test plans for User Acceptance Testing. Daniel's most recent position is as a Senior Business System Analyst at Cognitive Medical Systems, Inc., where they are currently employed.

Daniel Adedeji attended the College of Southern Maryland from 2007 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Information Services Technology. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2012 to 2014 and received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General. In December 2019, Daniel obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
