Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, PhD, currently serves as the Global President of DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano, overseeing the largest network of HR executives in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America. In addition, Juan Carlos is the CEO of Facthum, an international HR consultancy, and an Advisory Board Member at Cognitive Talent Solutions, recognized for its AI-driven People Analytics. Juan Carlos also holds the position of President of Círculo CFOs, providing a networking platform for Spain's top financial executives, and participates in the Scientific Advisory Committee at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. As an Advocate for G20 EMPOWER, Juan Carlos promotes women's leadership in the private sector.
