Bianca Firmino

Bianca Firmino has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data and analytics. Bianca started their career at BRF - Brasil Foods (Perdigao), where they worked as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant for six months. Bianca then joined Finity Consultoria by Assurance IT, where they worked as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant for one month. After that, they worked at Vale By SAP Brasil And Blend IT as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant for four months.

In 2013, Bianca joined Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. by Firsteam Consulting as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant. Bianca worked on the development and maintenance of various data models in BW, as well as the creation of dashboards and reports. Bianca stayed in this role for over a year before moving on to Tigre S.A. - Tubos e Conexões by Walar IT Business, where they worked as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant for four months.

Bianca then joined Banco do Brasil by Indra as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant and served as the BI Team Leader. Bianca was responsible for managing a team and coordinating activities related to BI projects. Bianca stayed in this role for six months before joining Furnas by Tech Mahindra as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant and BO Technical Leader for over a year.

In 2016, Bianca joined Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. as a SAP BW/BO Senior Consultant and BO Technical Leader. Bianca played a key role in managing BO projects and coordinating activities among team members. After working at Petrobras Distribuidora for a year, Bianca joined Cognitivo.ai in 2019 as a Data & Analytics Tech Lead.

Their most recent role was at Rede Globo, where they worked as a Gestora de Projetos de Data & Analytics. Bianca was responsible for managing the Data & Analytics Squad and overseeing projects for various business areas. Bianca also acted as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, facilitating communication between business stakeholders and the development team. Overall, Bianca has extensive experience in data and analytics, with expertise in project management, business intelligence, and data modeling.

Bianca Firmino has had a diverse education history in the field of technology and information technology. In 2002, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Universidade do Grande Rio Professor José de Souza Herdy. In 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Technology from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca.

During that same year, Bianca also completed an Extension program in Business Process Modeling - BPM from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. In 2010, they obtained a Specialization in Distance Learning Methodology from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

In 2019, Bianca pursued further education and earned a degree in Data Science and Big Data from PUC Minas. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In 2020, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the Advanced Solutions Lab program offered by Google.
