Carolina Ramos

Carolina Ramos has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Carolina began their career as an Auxiliar de Departamento Pessoal at Hospital de Nossa Senhora das Mercês in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Cruz de Minas as a Coordenador administrativo. From 2016 to 2021, Carolina worked as an Analista de RH at UNIPTAN and GRUPO CACEL - Volkswagen, Chevrolet e Seminovos Multimarcas. Currently, they are employed as a Tech Recruiter at Cognitivo.ai.

Carolina Ramos has a diverse education history. In 2017, they completed a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Psicologia Organizacional e do Trabalho from Faculdade Alfamérica. Carolina is currently pursuing a Graduação in Psicologia from Uniptan, which they expect to complete in 2022.
