Éric S. has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Starting as a Statistical Analyst at Instituto Centro de Ensino Tecnologico, they then moved to a Business Intelligence Analyst role at BTCC Call Center. In 2016, they became a Credit Risk Analyst at FORTBRASIL Administradora de Cartões, where they were responsible for monitoring operational indicators, analyzing operational and managerial results, and creating dashboards. In 2018, they moved to MadeiraMadeira as a Senior Statistical Analyst, where they were responsible for research, development, and processes related to data mining. Éric then moved to Natosafe as a Data Scientist, where they conducted research in image preprocessing, pattern recognition, machine learning, computer vision, and biometric recognition. In 2021, they became a Data Scientist at Paraná Banco S/A, where they were responsible for natural language processing and customer segmentation. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at Cognitivo.ai and a Data Scientist at FIT - Instituto de Tecnologia.

Éric S. attended the Federal University of Ceara from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics. Éric then attended the Universidade Estadual do Ceará from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science.
