Nicholas Hayden

Nicholas Hayden is the Founder and CEO of Cognito Cyber Group, a company established in April 2016 that specializes in delivering advanced Cyber Security and Data Center Engineering services to the federal government and private sector. Prior to founding Cognito, Nicholas worked as a Data Scientist Engineer at ManTech from January 2014 to April 2016 and served as a Data Center Manager/Engineer at L-3 Communications from June 2010 to July 2013, where responsibilities included data center engineering, management, and network infrastructure design. Nicholas began professional experience as a Data Center Engineer at Dezign Concepts LLC from March 2007 to May 2010. Nicholas is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
