Prior to that, they served as VP EMEA Sales at Recorded Future, doubling revenues year on year before the company's acquisition. Dan also has experience as Director of EMEA and APAC Sales at Core Security, where they achieved significant revenue growth and oversaw the company's largest deal. Dan's earlier career includes sales roles at companies such as Strangeloop Networks, Veracode, A10 Networks, and RTO Software. Dan holds a key leadership position as the Chief Executive Officer at Cognito Learning, a digital learning and knowledge reinforcement solution powered by AI.

Dan Buckley attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1994 to 1998, where they studied BA Hons International Business with French. Prior to that, they attended Repton School from 1987 to 1989. After completing their time at Repton School, they transferred to The King's School in Macclesfield in 1989.
