Shipra M Jain

Shipra M Jain currently serves as Partner in ESG Strategy and Climate Change at Cognitud, starting January 2025. Previously, Shipra held multiple roles at ERM from May 2021 to January 2025, progressing from Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant in ESG Strategy. From April 2017 to May 2021, Shipra was involved with the Confederation of Indian Industry as a CII Sustainability Assessor and served as Manager/Associate Counsellor. Prior experience includes working as Assistant Project Manager in Disaster Management and Community Engagement at Reliance Foundation (August 2012 - February 2017) and as a Consultant with Mysore Resettlement and Development Agency (MYRADA) in 2011. Shipra also has experience as Project Control Officer at Bec Foods and completed an internship at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Educational credentials include a specialization in Environmental Law and Policy from National Law University, Delhi, and an MBA in Rural Development from the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, along with a BTech in Biotechnology from Amity University.
