Crystal Clements

Crystal Clements is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Aerospace and Defense Delivery at Cognitus since December 2023, Crystal previously held various positions at HCL Technologies from November 2018 to November 2023, including Managing Consultant SAP SD and Senior Consultant SAP SD. Prior experience includes roles at Gulfstream Aerospace as an ERP Solution Specialist and Senior Service Center Coordinator, and at Alaska Airlines as a Customer Service Agent. Crystal began the career at Crossings Aviation/Harbor Airlines as a Receptionist/Accounting Assistant. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
