Ioannis Kolokouris

Ioannis Kolokouris has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ioannis started their career at Intracom Telecom in 2006 as a Software Engineer. In 2008, they served in the Hellenic Army as part of their obligatory military service, providing technical support to army officers. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at SENSAP Microsystems as a Software Engineer, involved in the design, development, and deployment of J2EE compliant software for supply chain management and materials traceability. Ioannis also worked on programming microcontrollers and implementing interfaces with sensors and actuators. Since 2015, they have been at Cognity, where they started as a Consultant, providing operational support for telekom.ro ATG EShop and Mobile Application. Ioannis then progressed to the role of Senior Consultant, involved in analysis and design of solutions, technical documentation, and leading teams. As of December 2021, Ioannis is currently working as a Project Manager at Cognity.

Ioannis Kolokouris obtained a Master's Degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computers and Communications from the University of Thessaly, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
