Alok Gaur

Alok Gaur has over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry. Alok is currently the COO at Cognixia. Prior to that, they spent 18 years at Collabera in various leadership roles. Alok was most recently the Vice President of Enterprise Services Group. In that role, they were responsible for P&L management and was the vertical lead for IT services. Alok also was the lead for innovative contingent workforce projects.

During their time at Collabera, Alok Gaur also served as the Vice President of Services for Telecom and Life Sciences. In that role, they were responsible for P&L management and providing organizational direction to internal sales and recruiting teams. Alok also oversaw strategic client relations and helped explore new service areas.

Under Alok Gaur’s leadership, Collabera received many awards and recognitions, including being named the “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” by Staffing Industry Analysts seven years in a row from 2012-2018.
