Shikha Motiani is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as the Company Owner at INTELLECT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS LLP and Oil Gas Jobs since 2024, Shikha has held the position of Sr. Executive - Corporate Recruitment at Collabera India and Corporate Recruiter at Cognixia since 2019 and 2018, respectively, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and specializing in IT roles across various levels. Prior to these roles, Shikha was the Operations Manager at APS Group from June 2019 to April 2024. Shikha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
