Alby Jose

Alby Jose is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and client services, currently serving as a Director at Cognizant since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alby held the position of Senior Director Client Services at Sagility from July 2013 to October 2024 and served as General Manager - Operations at Hinduja Global Solutions from January 2005 to July 2013. Alby began a career in operations management at Heartland, where the role of Operations Manager was held from 1996 to 2005. Alby holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, completed in 2012, and a PGDM in Personnel Management & Foreign Trade from BIMM.
