Biju Asarikuniyil

BIJU Asarikuniyil serves as the Director of Corporate Real Estate for Cognizant in India and APAC since September 2017, overseeing space acquisition, due diligence, design, and construction of workplace projects. Previously, BIJU held the position of Executive Director and Head of Programme Management at Arcadis from April 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included P&L accountability, business development, and performance excellence as a member of the Arcadis India board. Prior to Arcadis, BIJU was an Executive Director at Davis Langdon & Seah Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. from August 2004 to April 2012, managing large accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Educational credentials include a Programme Management and Business degree from the University of Oxford - Said Business School and completion of the RICS Arbitration Course focusing on Indian Contract Law and Arbitration.
