Calab has a comprehensive background in IT and automation, with experience in various roles across multiple companies. At Cognizant, from August 2018 to June 2021, Calab served as a Sr. Developer/Lead, overseeing IT service delivery and acting as the main liaison between the IT department and clients, while also holding roles as a Senior Analyst and Analyst focusing on system design and performance enhancement. Currently, Calab works as a Senior Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group since July 2019, evaluating systems and proposing efficiency improvements. Previous positions include Application Support Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Software Application Analyst at Teknoturf, along with early experience as an Industrial Automation Engineer at Technocrat Automation Pvt. Limited. Calab holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
