Piyush Bose

Piyush Bose is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various roles in the telecommunications and BPO sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Operations at Cognizant since April 2023, Piyush previously held significant positions at eClerx, including Program Manager (VP Ops) and Senior Manager, contributing to operations management for nearly a decade. Piyush's career includes leadership roles at DigiCall Teleservices as AGM Operations, overseeing a large team, and at other noted companies such as Spanco, Aegis BPO, Bharti Teletech Limited, and IBM Daksh. Piyush holds a BE in Electronics from the Institute of Technology & Management and a PgDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
