Poornima Sathy has over two decades of extensive experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, business transformation, and performance management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Solutions at Cognizant, Poornima has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Business Development and Solutions, Global Practice Leader, and Global Business Head. Previously, Poornima co-founded Distil Information (P) Ltd., an analytics and big data firm, and played a crucial role at Ramco Systems in developing services for emerging sectors. Poornima began their career at A F Ferguson (Deloitte) as a consultant in assurance services. Poornima holds professional qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
