Shahami Urooj

Shahami Urooj is an experienced IT Asset Management professional currently serving as a Manager at Cognizant since December 2024. Prior to this, Shahami held the position of Senior System Administrator at Western Union from October 2017 to April 2025, where responsibilities included global software asset management, process management, license maintenance, project team engagement, and compliance. Earlier roles include Senior Associate and Associate at Wipro Technologies Pune, where Shahami was involved in software asset licensing and the implementation of asset management best practices. Shahami holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed between 2009 and 2015.
