Elizabeth Crocker Rozek

Elizabeth Crocker Rozek has over 20 years of legal experience. Elizabeth currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Cognoa. From 2010-2020, they worked at Basilea Pharmaceutica International Ltd. in various roles, including Counsel (external advisor), General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Member of Extended Management Committee, and Litigation Counsel. From 2006-2010, they served as Board Vice-Chairman, Co-Chairperson & Board Member for ELA-Basel: The Swiss-British School & BCT (Basel Children's Trust). From 2001-2006, they worked as a Civil Prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice. From 2000-2001, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Robert J. Kelleher at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Elizabeth Crocker Rozek obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law between 1997 and 2000. Elizabeth then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Literature from UC San Diego between 1993 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Literature from Brown University between 1989 and 1993. Additionally, Elizabeth is a Member of the DC and California Bar.
