Elisa Legaspi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in loyalty programs, marketing, and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at Cognodata since August 2016. In this role, Elisa is part of a team of senior consultants focused on loyalty and marketing initiatives for retail companies, managing strategic planning, process optimization, targeted marketing, marketing automation, and advanced analytics projects. Prior to this position, Elisa was the Subdirector of Incentivos at Master Loyalty Group, where responsibilities included strategic planning and the development of loyalty programs. Additionally, Elisa held various roles at Posadas, including Loyalty Programs Manager, where impactful business strategies were implemented to generate income, as well as positions in e-commerce coordination, CRM analysis, and promotional project coordination. Elisa earned a degree in Management and Marketing from Universidad Panamericana between 2003 and 2007.
