Cliff Taylor

Cliff Taylor is an Executive Coach at Your Cliff Edge Ltd since June 2020, focused on helping individuals define and achieve success through reflection, action, and review. With extensive experience in human resources, Cliff held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Verifone, where responsibilities included leading change management post-acquisition. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Mead Johnson Nutrition, responsible for relocating the regional headquarters to Singapore, and various HR Director positions at Eli Lilly and Company, where key achievements involved improving talent pipelines and reducing employee turnover. Cliff also contributes as an Awarding Body Committee Member for the Pensions Management Institute and serves as an Associate Coach for Cognomie and Associate Consultant for Organisational Fingerprinting Consultancy. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, Cliff holds an MA in Modern Languages and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
