Margaret Stolmack is an accomplished coach and corporate wellness strategist with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently a Coach Advisor at Yoodli, Margaret is part of an elite group of public speaking champions and speech coaches advancing communication skills through artificial intelligence. As Partner APAC at Cognomie and Conscious Business Coach at BetterUp, Margaret has contributed to leadership development and organizational growth. Margaret founded and led Exceptional Talent Pty Ltd as CEO, focusing on skill development for all organizational levels. As an executive coach, Margaret has worked closely with senior executives, addressing work-life balance and stress management. A pioneer in corporate coaching, Margaret established the Stolmack Group, fostering mentoring and leadership development programs. Margaret's early career included developing stress management programs for the NSW Department of Health and serving as the youngest School Principal in the NSW Department of Education. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Coaching and Mentoring from the University of Sydney, along with degrees in Education and Coaching Psychology.
